This evening I’ve been having a mild salty taste in my mouth that won’t go away. It seems as if the saltiness is originating from the tip and sides of my tongue for some odd reason. Yesterday some friends and I ate a bunch of crackers/meat/cheese with some wine and I checked the nutritional facts on some of the stuff we ate and I know we consumed wayy too much sodium for one day. Can eating too much sodium give you salty taste buds the next day?
