We are getting married on Nov. 20, 2009 and are having 110 guests.
Our budget is $10,000 dollars.
We don’t have to worry about the cake, my aunt is a wedding cake maker and she is doing out cake as our gift, so it’s only going to cost us $75 for the topper we want and the stand we picked out.
We also don’t have to worry about photography, my cousin is a professional photograper and is doing everything including absic printing of the photographs we want for our wedding gift.

I found a reception hall I like and had a meeting with them and this is what they gave us, we make sure there were no hidden fee’s.
This is the package details.

$28.95 per person for Total Wedding Package

After tax is it about $3400 for 110 guests. Is this a good deal, what does everyone think, we like their menu and the fact that the drinks are included.

How much do you normally tip places like this and who else do you normally tip and how much or what percent.

Thanks I really appreciate all the help!
Have a blessed day.
They also provide the china but I’m not sure if we have to bring in out own linens.
I’ll have to call tomorrow and ask.
If I do have to bring in my linens, table cloths and overlays, napkins and chair covers how much should I plan on spending

This is a screaming deal because it includes the hall and the drinks. Where I live, you’d pay over $35 a head just for the food.
The menu also offers a lot of choices and has a lot of options.

The tip is generally anywhere from 18 to 20%, but it might be included in the price per head. Ask them. The hall will tip out each person individually.

All the halls include basic linens. Ask them exactly what they provide.
