Making wine at home is not difficult. You should keep it at a stable temperature, you do not have to. Yeast ferments at 70-79F (21C to 26C). This is also the temperature most people keep their homes.
It takes some ingredients and some equipment. The equipment can be bought from a brewing store or from people who are selling their old equipment. The ingredients can go from the expensive grapes pressed and sold in home brew stores, to frozen concentrate juice, to wild fruit you picked. Then it is a matter of time and aging.
The topic how to brew is a bit more then can be posted here. Try looking for sites online or read. There are many. Or get a good book on brewing (Palmer’s How to Brew comes to mind).
