Right and wrong. The first income tax was instituted in 1862 to pay for the Civil War. Otherwise, inflation would have eaten the U.S. dollar alive. It was declared unconstitutional it was ended because there could be enough revenue raised by tariffs to support the gov. That ended about 1905. Learn history, not lies.

Yes there was an income tax a couple of times back in the 1800′s and every time there was an income tax initiated it was overturned by the supreme court as unconstitutional. There has also been a central bank (like our privately owned Federal Reserve) on at least two other occasions and they had always gotten the boot. It’s the bankers that made it all happen, that has always been my point. Did you know that this privately owned Federal reserve gets paid $6 for every $100 it prints out? Why???
